[HT Forum] A Final Fun Day Request

Hi Again,

Thankyou to all of you who have volunteered for Saturday's Family Fun day - hopefully I have contacted everyone who has offered help. If I haven't please feel free to turn up in Vale Park any time from 10 am onwards. 

Having learnt more about the event this evening I am excited that we have been given this great opportunity to show God's love within the heart of our community and that there will be plenty for the public to do and experience. One of the key ways the Church can facilitate fellowship is over tea and cake and this event is no exception. However, as we are expecting a large number of people this means a large amount of cake. If you are able to help by baking or providing a cake please feel free to drop it to the event on Saturday (if you are not able to do this then please let me know and I can arrange for collection).
