[HT Forum] Vision evening for 'Party in the Park'

Would you like to join the Aylesbury churches team helping to run a family
event to bless our community?

On the first weekend in September, AVDC stage 'Party in the Park' festival
-as part of this, on the Saturday afternoon (1st September) Aylesbury 
Churches have offered to run a free family-friendly zone.

The concept and support for this are being provided by 'Fusion', a Christian

organisation based in Thame, who are very experienced at staging 'open
festivals' to foster 'broad legitimate contact' between churches and their
community.  

Teams of volunteers are being put together now for: stewarding, hospitality,
prayer, running activities, interaction with the crowd etc and a special
meeting to explain the vision and what's involved for volunteers is being
held this Thursday 14th June 7.30pm at Church of the Good Shepherd.  
We would love to see many people from HT involved!
