[HT Forum] The Noise : 14th April 2007

 Hi All,
 
 First of all thank you to those of you have already signed up for the
 NOISE on 14th April. For those of you who havent there will be another
 chance to see what we are doing on the board in Church this weekend.
 
 In addition to this we are looking for a number of people with some
 special gifts to help us carry this off.
 
 1) We will be putting on some childrens activities in the Queens Park
 Centre to get the children involved and to allow parents to attend join
 in. In order to do this we need 5/6 CRB checked people who can help out,
 either from 10-12.30 or 1.30 - 3.30 (or both!). If this is you please put
 your name on the board and/or let one of the team know.
 
 2) One of our projects is to dig over and plant part of the QPC (about 8ft
 by 60ft). We would be grateful if someone with an eye for plants could
 spare an hour or so before the event to help us plan what this will look
 like and what we need to buy. Again, please let us know by e-mail or on
 Sunday.
 
 3) Tomorrow (Saturday) we are promoting the event by delivering leaflets
 to all houses in the area. If anyone signed up to help or is able to spare
 an hour or so to give us a hand then we are meeting at 15 Highbridge Road
 at 10.30.
