Hi All,

I thought you might be interested to know, if you didn't already, that
scripture union provide a wide range of resources, training and other
support to those who work with young people and others. What is really
interesting are their ongoing moves to help people to connect
spiritually by way of the internet for example:

    * http://apps.facebook.com/praylive/ (register first with
http://www.facebook.com/ if you don't already have a facebook
account) offers creative ways to pray with people when you cannot
      actually meet physically.
    * http://www.youthencounter.org.uk/ aims to bring Muslims and
      Christians together.
    * http://www.wordlive.org/ hopes to launch in January 2008 and
offers a wide range of resources to support your prayer life.
    * http://www.scriptureunion.org.uk/ has been recently redesigned and
offers wide range of resources and training particularly for
volunteer and paid Christian workers, also for teachers and youth
      workers and ....

Oh, and by the way, if you decide to register on facebook do look me up
(http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=649858102). There is quite a
crowd from HT on facebook already - and it would be great to hear from
you there as well.

Regards,

Joc
