Hello all
Harvest Collection
As ever we welcome some gifts of flowers for distribution to older folk following the services on Sunday but this year may we please encourage you to consider the alternative of a gift in aid the Farming Crisis Network. Just as we celebrate God's provision and supply of food through our local shops, farmers still reeling from the summer weather find themselves facing new disease threats. The FCN supports a network of volunteers working on the ground to provide vital support to farmers and their families - combating depression, isolation, debt issues etc. Cheques should be made payable to: Holy Trinity DCC.
Harvest Supper
Absolute last chance to squeeze in for this event....please phone/e-mail the office immediately!
And the final H is help required!
As we grow so we need more volunteers in all areas of church life. Two urgent needs are as classroom helpers in children's church (not leading groups, no prep. etc but being there to support) and A/V team (no technical skill required beyond using a computer mouse and full training and support provided) - both involve a commitment of approx once a month. Let me know if you can help.......
God bless
Andrew
